Stros just got str8 fukk'd by the umpire
looked like fans didn't reach out over into play.... they were trying to catch the homer just as it passed the top of the fence... boston guy flew in air and had his glove stretched out into the stands
fans played it smart to not fuk their team and the umpires choke and fuk the stros anyways
this series is over

you can't interfere tho if you aren't reaching out into playing field.... that's the point of the rule
you could CLEARLY see with the slow motion that his arm was stretched out past the fence into the fans seating area at an angle and his glove timed just right as he opened it to make the snag... fan who timed his own catch was the one who hit his glove and made it close, preventing a catch yes... but it isn't interference
this is why all fences should have more surface area on the top of the fence until you reach first row of fans so that an athlete CAN make that athletic flying catch without worry of the fans
like the fences at Progressive field
astros probably adjust their field and alter the fences to make it like that if that HR being taken away leads to them losing this game and then eventually the series
push the fences in 2 feet and you are all good to go... or take out first row of seating, or just do the whole seating over again so the fences stay at same length
that was a crazy play, i thought he hit a HR and then i saw Mookie flying and you could tell he was gonna launch and try to catch it so i knew it was gonna be barely over the fence and he made a FABOLOUS play and he would have caught it...i just can't tell if the impact of hitting the wall would have jarred the ball back out of his glove as he went downComment -
