    Hello Sirs,

Did anyone of you have any experience with Interwetten? Good or bad?
Did you manage to cashout money without problems from this bookies?
I understand that is rated B-, but long time no update for this bookie.

    Thanks and Happy Holidays !!

      Interwetten SBR rating of B-

You have to watch out for there bonus offers there though, because they have been known to take them away in the past.

I think they are the only bookie which cut down my limits to almost nothing. However, you will never have a problem to get paid with them. They have the fastest moneybookers withdrawal I have ever seen, even faster than Pinnacle.
However, if you plan to bet more than 30-40 Euros on basketball, tennis, lower leagues soccer or something like that then there is no need to join them.

You are right about that. I can't bet on anything more than 30eur or combo more than 10eur

I requested a payment and they answered with a request of a copy of my id front/back , copy of my passport and it seems is not enough. They did not answered if is ok or not/

Later, I sent them a mail regarding the payment and they answered to give them my username , I replied with my username and now they told me I don't have any pending payouts

I guess I'll need to request the payment again

They have always honoured their bonus offers to me.

However, I agree with almost everything else here regarding limiting. I think this is because they are slow to change their lines and although they will accommodate bets to a certain extent, they don't want to get hammered.

Well I'm back to say everything is very good with Interwetten. They process the payments very fast, they validate the wagers very fast also.
Good live betting program but is true about the limits.

              Now I can't bet more than 100 euros on odds between 1.01 - 2.00
and on odds above 2.00 , no more but to win a max of 100 euros.

so yes regarding limits, they are not very good

Their CS is terrible. I have had complaints against them, and can never get anywhere with them. They never respond to me.

I'm with you. A few years back, I made a small credit card deposit with them. The transaction was processed by my bank, but the funds were never added to my Interwetten account. After several years, I'm still waiting for an answer of why. Nobody seemed to know what happened and from the conclusion, they never bothered to find out. Since it was a small amount, I never bothered to contact them again. Call charges started to add up on my end, since they didn't have a toll free number.

                    Thanks

My limits were cut to $50 US after winning 4 tennis matches in a row. I am trying to withdraw money and they have told me I MUST withdraw via bank wire not moneybookers as I have deposited. I have been arguing with them over that as my bank charges me $40 for a bank wire (I have just over a dime in there) which I don't really want to pay.

They have told me I have no choice if I want to see my money. After my first bank wire I can then withdraw back to moneybookers. No where is this stated in their T&C. It looks like I"m going to have to suck it up.

If you live in euro and bank wires don't cost what they cost in Canada it probably isn't a big one. They will limit you fast. I can bet more at bet$3.65 than I can here.

Personally I can't recommend this book even tho some of their tennis lines are really soft.

A good example of these soft lines are Sania Mirza at -500 at interwetten and Pinny has the line at -652. Also the $50 I"ve been limited too is risk not winning at these lines.

Yeah , they have this stupid rule to make you withdraw 1st time by bank wire

Bet 3.65 is really 3.65 for me as they limited me 100 times normal, with absolutely no reason. (I don't even won that much, in fact, never withdrew from them, I usually lose my bets there)
and after contacting them regarding this stupid limit, they even called me and asked different questions to verify my identity, they still didn't remove the limit.

                            here is their answer:

We are writing to you with regards to your recent query over your betting limits at bet365.

As requested, we have referred your account to our trading team to review. Unfortunately at this time there will be no changes made. If you wish to place larger bets than are available to you, please use the refer to trader option on our website.

Accounts are reviewed on a regular basis and any updates will be made accordingly.

The amount offered to a customer depends on the nature of the event and our Traders' estimate of the likely profitability of that customer's business. We are sorry that the limits offered are sometimes less than you would like to have staked.
lol "sometimes" is in fact everytime, while my friends can bet 100 euros on a bet i am limted to 1 eur.

bet3.65 for me is only trouble

I wouldn't mind the rule except nowhere to they state it till you go to withdraw. That's what's pissing me off. A decent book should be upfront with their rules not hide behind them.

I agree, it is very annoying that when you deposit with Moneybookers your first withdrawal has to be done by bank and only after that you can start to use Moneybookers for withdrawals.

They are the only bookie I use that do this.
