I don't remember the exact down/distance and time on the clock but I'm pretty sure they were in position to either milk the clock down to zeros or maybe a couple ticks and then just snap the ball and run back on 4th down to ice it???

I know Stanford had a timeout but that wouldn't have been enough.

The kid shouldn't have fumbled but the coach shouldn't have even put him in that position. I had Oregon +2 and U59.5 so that was a double bad beat. Unreal.

If they just kneeled on it, Stanford probably would've received the punt with about 15 seconds left or so.

    I can't believe what I just witnessed.

i turned it on and laughed at the time score and timeouts left it was 2nd and just 3... stanford stopped the guy after he got 2 yards but he wasn't down he was on a guy and reached out for the first which he didn't need and stanford boss punched it out

i knew if they got to OT they would win with all the momentum on their side

oregon rb is as dumb as Jr smith

Adding to that was the Center #55 who had a bad snap lead to defensive TD. The game had changed after that play.

Damn, I just realized my Iowa/Wisconsin Under 44 ticket is trash too. I literally endured three bad beats in a matter of minutes.

I’m still in shock over the Oregon game

Between Oregon getting mugged on the td and then giving the ball away when they should have knelt it...just...wow. I had Oregon ml. I just can’t believe what I saw.

This is probably the worst night I can remember... I also had the Sparty/Indy Under 52 which looked good until a late broken run by State when they were in milk mode.

Yeah, that left the door open. Couple that with the late fumble, I can't imagine how the folks in that stadium feel. Alcohol sales should shatter records tonight in Oregon.

When his foot touched ball was out of bounds, I always thought contact with pylon was a touchdown.

This makes up for Atlanta blowing my +3 in the super bowl. Wow.

What's the college pylon rule? In the NFL that would have been a touchdown, correct?

I had the same. Agree with the luck/randomness angle, but c'mon! The Ducks were one foot away from going up 31-7 mid-3rd quarter! That was definitley an all-timer.

that's very interesting. was thinking something similar recently................ say for example you are long term 55% winner on College FB ATS bets. but it's not like most of your wins/losses are clear-cut. your 55% winning rate may be more concrete but you will win/lose a ton of games by the slimmest of margins or in such a non-justified way.

it impresses me that certain individuals are very quick to mention ATS wins they didn't really deserve as well as the opposite i.e. bad beats

I believe in college football, the pylon is out of bounds. In the NFL, it's in bounds.

the guy gets hit, he should go down immediately

looked like he was trying to get the first down

it wasnt quite kneel down territory but they could have killed the clock with some smart playcalling

amazing how often these situations get ****** up tho

just snap it to the qb and let him dance a little and the clock would almost be zapped

Oregon was having their way with Stanford and then all of a sudden they stopped being the aggressor , I got burned kept adding to my bets and thought it was money in the bank. It was a hard one to take how things went.
