To make a postseason run the should have hired another OT, CB and OG. With OL and secondary weak, QB inconsistent and a tough division, they have not any chance of make the SB. Remember that is the first season of a whole staff and there are important position changes like Vernon from 4-3 DE to 3-4 OLB so, even with Odell, I don't see that roster doing the postseason.
