Once Caldas have been on a solid roll of late....

* undefeated in 9 straight ( 7 wins and 2 draws )
* Scored in 9 of last 10 home games

Dep. Cali have been scoreless in their last 4 road games , but they were against better opposition in Millionarios and LDU Quito of Ecuador in Copa Sud. Prior to that tough patch they scored in their previous 5 games ( while conceding as well ). Once Caldas have had their scoring boots on in their past 6 but conceded in 5 of those as well. It just feels as though the books are really favoring Dep. Cali to slow the pace down in this one. It seems like an awfully generous price for an over 2 in this one.

Boulogne are undefeated in 14 straight home league games. They are in 2nd place after the initial 5 games this season , with only a 1 - 0 road loss at Lyon Duchere who tops the standings. Marignane are a newly promoted side from D4 football , and have found the advancement to be difficult with 3 straight losses. They were an average road team last season in D4 with a 8W - 2D - 5L record. The trend should continue against one of the tougher teams in D3 , who have home field and a much deeper talent pool.

Russia bring a revamped side to Turkey today , as 12 players are missing from the squad that played at the W/C 2+ months ago. Turkey have looked impressive in the lead up to todays affair and bring the more experienced midfield to boot. I think its a generous price considering these factor.

Malaga are the better side , with a much deeper talent pool , and playing on home soil. The line seems extremely generous at even money.

UEFA Nations: Ukraine vs Slovakia : 9am est

Ukraine looked very impressive in the opening game of UEFA. They bounced back from a slow start to the Czech Rep and dominated the remainder of the game , scoring a late winner ( 2 - 1 Final ). The game tomorrow will be the initial game for Slovakia , who had a smoke and mirrors tune up win over Denmark Sept 5th ( 3 - 0 win ). Denmark used the game as a rehearsal for several youth and fringe players , so the lopsided scoreline wasnt really as impressive as it seemed. The friendly previous to the Denmark game was a 2 - 1 loss at Morocco , where Slovakia were outplayed throughout. I think Ukraine will be the better prepared side for tomorrows fixture.
