Are the Titans a playoff team?
Looks like a brutal schedule but if they can get through the first 10 games around .500 or slightly above, I think they can make a late season push. It’s all about getting hot at the right time.

They advanced to the second round last year despite a poor season from Mariota. If he can get back on track, look out.

They were supposed to be last season with a Vegas total of 10 wins. Exotic smash mouth was an exotic disaster under dumb mike mularkey. Players are fine but the coaching staff is incompetent and outdated

It’s impossible to say who a playoff team is before the season starts if we knew we’d be millionaires

mariota had one of the worst seasons as a qb last year and they made it in if he has a somewhat decent season they still should muster 9 wins which should get them a wildcard spot in the afc

Jacksonville probably wins that division.. maybe if they snag a wildcard spot although will be difficult.. AFC west and AFC North usually have those on lock.

Jax will regress, Texans should win but injury prone team. Nobody in that division is all that great. So the easy answer is no because the Titans aren’t that good they’re still the 3rd best in an overrated division

An angle to consider - Matt LaFleur

This offense has weapons and the defense is better than average.

10-6 or 9-7 maybe?? Is that enough??

I think if you are going to bet them in any sort of futures bet, you wait until the 3rd or 4th game of the season where they will likely have a losing record. Maybe take them for something small just in case they start hot.

Mariota is a read option QB and the secondary still has holes. Good offensive line but they need a QB - I thought they'd make a bigger push for Cousins. I'd say they are a 7-8 win team - I doubt they make the playoffs - the division will be stronger this year.

Totally agree Mariota sucks balls - great O-Line with running game and still can’t parley that into wins - Give luck that and titans winning the afc south with ez

They go as far as Mariota goes.

If he starts all their games they win 9 or 10

If not, they win 6 or 7
