If your better half plans on laying at the Pool, there is NO spray Sun tan products allowed. So before you pack
Don't get stuck paying for regular sun tan products at the Hotel.

    NO SPRAY SUN CARE PRODUCTS

Spray sun care products are not permitted for use anywhere in the pool area or in the hotel walkways. If you need to use spray sun care products, please do so before arriving to the pool. For your convenience, we have sunscreen options available for purchase. If a member of our pool staff witnesses use of spray sun care products, you will be asked to stop immediately.

For those that Smoke, the Pool as designated areas.

For those that Vape , it's not allowed

No Vaporizers/Vape Pens Allowed at the pool.

          that's why i said " their Better half "

it just sucks if you pack your suntan lotion and it's a spray can, and then they say you can buy it at our shop, and they hit you with a $20
          bottle of lotion.

          I've seen it happen.

I've been in the indoor tanning industry for many years... I can't figure out for the life of me why SPRAY TANNING products are prohibited near the pool? But regular lotion is ok?

                  Does anyone have a reason?

Spray lotion kills the coral reefs so I am glad to see the Nugget taking a firm stance on this very important issue.

Why the penetrate would they ban spray tan? It even says on the bottle to reapply after so many minutes in the sun/water.

EDIT: That's hillarious, they will ask you to stop? How about go penetrate yourself? I wouldn't even stay at a dump like that. That tells me they are going broke and squeezing blood out of turnips

I've never been to the Nugget pool but I think they have a big shark tank or something so the reef thing might actually be the reason. They might have also been sued for a slip and fall accident and decided to ban it. Or maybe it's a money grab.

agree, I would think 90% of the strip places don't charge all of those fees.

I also think I read something about not allowed to bring your own food or drink into the hotel room.
I need to find the wording again. Because I've never seen that.

Not true. You can get tons of drink tickets if you're betting/tipping. Bars have the "green light" but that pops up after a few bets.

There's all sorts of little chachki stores on Fremont. Go get a cheap cooler, get some ice from the ice machine, and keep those drinks and food frosty.

They might have also been sued for a slip and fall accident and decided to ban it. Or maybe it's a money grab.
It's a possibility. Usually the same active ingredients that are in a spray tanning lotion... is the same for regular tanning lotion. Australian Gold use to make identical spray... and regular lotion versions. It was basically your preference on how it goes on your skin. The slip and fall is another possibility...

I was also thinking of compressed air for a spray... because there are about 10% of sprays out there that are compressed. But what would that have anything to do with it? lol

It's just a bizarre request. Maybe one of you guys can ask Golden Nugget personnel what's the reasoning behind it?
