I mean he’s slowly declined for quite some time, and is still a top 3 player in the world. His 3 month decline has gotten him to the finals as a favorite. However if you did watch his last two matches he didn’t look sharp. Novak has had some serve problems too.

I take Novak of course.. his fan but dont bet him a lot.. I think he will force fedex to make enough errors and he should be able to put sometime pressure on feds serve..couple years ago fed destroyed him in the finals here, his serve was amazing.. hope novak takes this one..he struggles through his matches but he can raise his level today I thinkComment -

One of the worst matches Federer has ever played. Nearly 40 UE's in 2 sets. Novak, not much better, had 4 winners total in the 2nd set.

Manacor, Spain is Nadals home town and where he trains. I was on vacation and was lucky enuf to get to hit with him for 20mins for 20 euro. Been 12 years ago. He could rocket both serves!!
I was 60 then and a on a Senior circuit in California.

Slow down. If they all make it that far, who knows which bracket Novak ends up in, on harder courts they always have a chance and Novak will be favored over him. Novak played tremendous in the first set, his great play is also part of reason for all of feds errors trying to force the action and get points over quicklyComment -

The fact is, Federer slows down every time Rafa or Novak aren't injured. I'm still baffled people consider him a GOAT, a guy who has won total of 2 Grand Slams in the span of 7 years when the big 3 were in their primes (2010-2016).Comment -

Novak was in much better form at Wimbledon and grass is Nadal’s worst surface.
This week Cilic, Raonic, and Dimitrov all took sets off of Novak. Then he got a Federer who played one of the worst matches of his career.
He may have won the title but his hard court form is not good. Tsitsipas beat him in Canada. Novak is nowhere close to what he used to be. He plays passive weak tennis.Comment -
