Going to Costco now for grocery shopping, then come back home and lift some weights, runs flights of stairs and run a mile fast like I do every day.. Dinner will be Chicken breasts cooked in olive oil and veggies.. Garlic and black pepper.. Baked potato, glass of vino... I'll do the cooking while watching the home run derby...
