They have a line out at Matchbook (well a market that is I suppose), which shows Croatia +200, France -206 at current moment, so France is pretty significant favorite it seems...

Well that's just for regulation. I'm talking about who ends up winning, extra time or not which is what I think most people really care about. In that, seems like oddsmakers think France is about 2:1 favorite.
