No getting around this one, San Fran has to be the play. Little more guesswork than I prefer with Cueto just coming off the dl but he was lights out in his rehab starts and none of the cards bats have had success vs him.

Weaver has been our weakest link in the starting rotation all season. He is not going deep into games, hasn’t posted a quality start in over a month, and only has 4 QS in 17 opportunities this season (2 of which came in the 1st month). Lefties have a ops of .865 against him this year so look for Belt, panik, and Crawford to do some damage!

Cardinals pen has actually become a strength and the offense tends to be better late in games when they do have success so imo the best way to play this is..

I hope they come back and win it late for you. I was on them both wins in zona but I don’t like it here. I think they be down 4-2 ish when the starters leave the game. Weaver is just not in good form. Like I said it a little bit of guesswork w Cueto off the 60 day dl but I’d expect him to be good for at least 5 solid innings.

We not betting on his character, just that he will be better than a guy who routinely giving up 4 runs in 5 innings of work this season! Lol. I hope cards crush him starting in the 6th, although not real likely considering we scored 8 yesterday and this offense been wildly inconsistent.

I guess it was bound to happen, he been dog shit for bout 5 starts in a row now. He been only cards starter where I’ve either been fading or playing over. Rest of time I mostly been on unders or on them when price been right (both wins in zona series, lost on game braves swept). Been hitting cards sides and totals at a really good clip this year which pretty normal up until last season I couldn’t figure them out at all so didn’t play many of their games. I’ve prob been getting down on either total or side at least 4 games a week this season!

Crazy thing is I was such a weaver fan last year. Really thought he could be a legit strong #3 for years to come, 2nd half of last season he was pretty much only starter I would bet now he the one I fade! Lol.. certainly possible he still becomes that he still really young and has good enough stuff, he just been so much less impressive this season.

Gonna stay up and try to do card tonight, we actually closing on
a house in morning and moving all day. Have movers coming and most stuff packed but still got lot of work to do. Dreading moving our damn fish! Oh and movers can’t do the hot tub (they gave me really good price tho so can’t complain!) so my brother renting a flat bed and bringing that over to get it done.

Guess like weaver bound to pitch a good one I was bound to have a bad 1. Pretty much split all day yesterday and that was coming off like 7-8 + mlb days in a row. This was my only play tonight as I didn’t have time to cap rest of card.

I was little nervous bout trusting Cueto off the long dl stint, was more just fade of weaver and cards bats off a good performance as I been doing often this season. Oh well, we get it back, that for sure!
