The evolution of the NBA is on a path I just don`t understand. I think it could get fixed for the fans as well as a vast improvement in the quality of games by simply making it a two-tiered league. ( Champions/Premier)
Teams move up to top division. Teams move down.
Games get competitive all season. Season is 60 games. 4 top teams make playoffs in each division.
