The reason I love baseball is because normally in 1st half of season I think you can find several 50/50 coin flip type games w plus odds. I love flipping coins and getting plus money, ya'll invited to come over to my crib and call heads or tails all day giving me +120!! Honestly couldn't find any today, im sure some dogs come in but way I cap them didn't come up w any dogs with 50+% chance imo. As I mentioned before game I actually thought this one was short for the fav.

There not many everyday guys playing below the Mendoza line I don't think? Carpenter got off to a horrendous start but been very good the last month. Him and fowler the 2 main culprits I can think of you referring to, still dunno wtf going on w fowler but it gotten so bad he not playing everyday really. Wong has struggled but his defense been excellent and when he hits homers (which rare) they tend to be the game winning variety! think he starting to come around, I always been a Wong believer and really like saying "I love Wong!" Lol..

With yadi out the catcher spot been kinda a black hole but he set to return sometime this week.. Pham average a little down but he still been very solid. Ozuna power numbers been hideous but he appears to be finding it last few weeks he been starting to hit for average and now he has b2b days w bombs. I'm not worried bout the lineup really, they been inconsistent and really the 1st month and a half it was just like 1 or 2 guys carrying the load,, certainly don't look at our lineup and think it gonna be a weakness despite the inconsistent junk they been at times these 1st couple months!! Solid youngsters backing up in the outfield Bader who I really like and O'Neal who has shown tons of pop in the minors and a little when given the chance up here.

They have incredible depth in the starting rotation and honestly how good they been just the tip of iceberg with Reyes returning (although he had a setback in his 1st start), that kid gonna be a ace! Flaherty is really good, weaver solid if not spectacular but a very good 4th guy! Mikolas been a incredible surprise as all we expected was a solid 5th man innings eater, im sure he regresses some but at this point have to say even when that happens he be a great 5th starter!! Wacha been fantastic, don't think I talked bout him much in this thread and not gonna get back into all his numbers here but have a few post on him in the "dog of the day" thread in subforum if interested. Not to mention Carlos Martinez who been on the shelf for a month. Honestly if everyone gets healthy it gonna be a problem, a great one to have but a issue none the less if everyone is healthy at some point! Lol.,

The only real problem w this team and same worries I've had since start of season is matheny and the pen. Matheny sucks in his deployment of them and they definitely have some guys who make ya nervous when coming in! Unfortunately signing holland was the biggest waste of 14 mil you can possibly spend!! Luckily Norris has been fantastic as the closer, great signing kinda offsetting the holland and gregerson pick ups. Hicks a stud but typical matheny now that he trust him he getting overworked (matheny such a bonehead!!). After those 2 it gets dicey but they certainly have the pieces to add at trade deadline if needed.
