Betboo don't pay

I had an account at Betboo for more than 1 year, login (JCCN11) and for the first time I managed to earn 5,500 BRL(brazilian currency). I requested the withdrawal of 5 thousand and I left 500 in the betboo account. The other day I went to the site of betboo and to my surprise there was a message that I had been expelled and that there were irregularities in my account. What irregularities were found they did not say, because it does not exist. After seeing several complaints in forums on the same subject I realized that it is common practice to this company not to pay their obligations. I will open a complaint at the gibraltar gaming commission where they have the license to operate and I will alert everyone about the danger of depositing money in this company.

You played at Brazilian version of Betboo? They should be serious though. Brazil betboo = bwin

bwin had some issues in the past but they are one of the biggest books in Europe, 20 years in the market

You still have a chance to get your money if you didn't do anything wrong

Hate to speculate but there's always a piece of the story that's been conveniently left out by the complaining party. Hopefully he files a complaint and SBR gets to the bottom of it like they always do.

Open a dispute in reclameaqui too, they generally resolve issues posted there more fastly. At least I see a lot now, searching by "betboo" word there

I hope they do not threaten you by posting this here and elsewhere, demanding that you erase public posts, as another site did to me this week
