How dumb are the Cavs for trading away Thomas, Wade and Crowder?

Yeah Thomas ended up getting surgery, but it's pretty obvious if he was on the Cavs he would never have gotten surgery. And Wade? Everyone can rag on him in the regular season all they want. Rodney Hood averaged 15 a game in the regular season. Would you rather have him or D Wade? Enough said.

Every year it's the same story. Amateurs get hyped up when they see some scrubs like Clarkston and Hood and Larry Nance performing well in the regular season. And then you got guys like Wade who are just straight chillen, waiting for the playoffs. And these amateurs start to come to knee-jerk conclusions.

Cavs are fukked. They're not winning the East with this squad. Lebron is the best player in the world but he plays no defense, and when his offense isn't clicking, Cavs can't win games.

I'd rather even have Derrick Rose than Clarkson. That trade was an absolute joke. Trade away proven playoff performers in Crowder Thomas Wade and Rose for 3 guys who never even sniffed the playoffs and 1 PG who's never been more than a role player in his career (George Hill).

In the playoffs good teams will switch defenders on him, give him different looks, wear him down. He needs to be part of a team like he was in Miami. In the regular season one guy can carry a team. But he needs good players around him to go deep in the playoffs. AND guys that can actually play defense!


And a coach with an actual clue as to how to play defense.

Bottom line is it wouldn't have mattered. Ok, without the trade the Cavs could possibly get by Indiana, but not like IT, Crowder and Wade were going to beat whoever comes out the West. Either way it would have been the same result, no championship for LeBron and him leaving Cleveland.

derrick rose is now a proven playoff performer? he refused to play through the entire playoffs even though he was healthy and doing circus dunks in pregame warmups

and if you thought d-rose was worth having in the playoffs, then you haven't been watching him get clowned on both ends of the floor by cp3

guy was an mvp yet 3 out of 6 years in the playoffs he was a huge MINUS in +/-... this year's version of d-rose is so bad that playing 4 on 5 would be a better option
