That's up to your company. I worked at a place where it was paid off and others
where we could leave early. It is a holiday in some states.

i thought it was supposed to be a holy day then. what percentage of families who are dragged over to some relatives house to celebrate this nonsense even discuss the alleged religious aspect of it at the dinner table. guaranteed yankee and met fans and bettors can't wait for the easter sunday dinner to be consumed so they can at least make the 2nd inning in the parlor and hope to get out of any discussion about their lives, jobs, children with their 45-65 year old parents. then look at their smart phones thinking about 3:45 will be a good time to bail out of there with some flimsy excuse. when getting into the car sighing and say thank christ that's over.

in my college years Halloween was my fav but nowadays too many banged up women, conservative costumes, or moms and baby’s

but the opening thurs/fri of March madness is my personal favorite holiday
