I liked these guys since the draw was made. They were +997 to win the region. That USUALLY means the opportunity will be there but it will be 50/50 at the end. So with the nice odds of +274 I can't resist. The spread should cover and let's hope we get lucky.

Very good at not giving up 3's, Duke gonna do their normal spreading the floor very wide, not sure if their guards are as good as penetrating as they normally are though. Even though they have a stud down low, Tech has some seniors down low who should at least know how make life a little difficult for him. Coach K vs Beard, we know who refs gonna be on. Teams that beat Duke in tourney usually have nice offensive flow, Tech needs to have a sustained one at least.

Nova is clearly the better team but I can understand reasons for taking Tech. Nova just came off a really physical game against WVU. Tech can hurt them on the glass and has the the depth and athleticism to play with Nova. The one area where Tech will most likely be outplayed is from beyond the arc.
