How does UNC get the ball? The "flagrant" was when UNC had the ball.

Just because they somehow retroactively call it does not give them the right to give 2 shots and ball after UNC already scored.

I know and also toasted but UNC had the ball when the fould occurred...but since they waited to review it duke had ball back when they technically made the call.
