#6301Nice. Even those companies like AYRO and stuff will sink when the big boys come out to play. That's less than 2 years from now, imo. No one is gonna be buying trucks from Nikola when Merdedes BMW Ford Toyota everyone starts just doing the same thing. Those companies have much better designers and engineers.Cause Sleep is the Cousin of DeathComment -

#6302Oh yeah. I'm not holding on to it. But they're great one or two-week plays. I just go from one EV stock to another. Already researching the next $2 EV stock to buy. But it's a trend right now. These EVs are starting low and growing. Saw it with WKHS, BLNK, AYRO, SOLO, FUV, and it's going to continue. It's a great opportunity to make some $$$ right now.Originally posted by Goat MilkNice. #6303I’m gonna say this one last time so maybe you Tards can understand. Tesla is an energy company. It’s solar, battery, chips, AI, clean energy which will be translated to every facet of your lives in future. If you don’t get it, you don’t get it. But don’t justify your stance of not buying by saying it’s not worth the price. Just say, I don’t understand.Comment -

#6304All of that stuff you mentioned, and has never been profitable. Tesla is a great company, but it's overavalued. There are companies that have been working on clean energy triple the amount of time Tesla's been in business, and they are trading under 5 bucks. Tesla is. not simply going to take over all of the fields you mentioned.Originally posted by trobin31I’m gonna say this one last time so maybe you Tards can understand. Tesla is an energy company. #6315Ratings threw me off on it when I did research. Lot of sell ratings on it. I know that’s not everything but when you’re torn on what stocks to buy it can play a factor. I still think there’s a lot of good EV boys out there. FUV s dip today has me getting hungry. Screwed up not getting into NKlA at the $40 dip on Monday. FCEL also could be a good play for the EV industry.Originally posted by chico2663still say you should of bought nio. ev company backed by chinaComment -

#6317People don’t understand the scaling of Tesla energy, they thinks it’s a car company. It’s an energy conglomerate, they will transform energy systems world wide. They have been scaling for decades and will be the leader once zero emissions is fully implemented. I think people gave same arguments for Amazon, yeah everything will be sold online, but, there are so many companies that will be doing it..blah blah blah. The problem is you have to scale, place revenue back into scaling further, until your tentacles are in every orifice. Cash flows have not been there just yet, and yes by that metric they are trading above fair value but there are people who can see into the future that goes beyond what’s written on balance sheets. If I told you I could sell you the rights to Einstein theories of relativity in the 1920s, how much would those be worth? Even though no profit was available at the time? How much could I sell you knowledge of Watson-crick DNA base pairing ?? The answer is...these are invaluable, life and world changing technology can’t be calculated by any normal means of valuation when the applicability to everyday life will be priceless.Originally posted by chico2663my cousin and her husband just moved to fla to work for musk. i think it had to do with solar.Comment -

#6320I see your point and in this day and age, companies invest as little as possible in new technologies to actually grow the business. They usually buy their own stock and decrease the shares available on the open market which makes the stock price go up. Elon has the best of both worlds going on now, few stock shares to sell and investment into the technology needed to grow for the future. I'm still not at the point where I'm ready to buy yet because all of the FANG and I guess now the FANGMAN are all safe havens for the market. There will be a reversal back to the norm and I'll first short them all on the way down, then buy them when they get to the bottom.Originally posted by trobin31People don’t understand the scaling of Tesla energy, they thinks it’s a car company. #6321Still good dips to take advantage of even with a down market. Just need to pick your days wisely. Buy smart and sell smart. #6327Anyone who thinks this COVID story is going to go away is dreaming. Worried it’s on the boiling point of getting out of control again. Already is in the South. It’s hard bc if things shut back down, the economy is going to tank again and already fragile businesses will go under. I am thinking of just taking everything out until a vaccine is in place. Were borderline trouble right now.Comment -

#6333Certainly mostly agree. I've timed the market (long term) pretty well over the years, however I did underestimate fiscal stimulus in 2010+, so cautious of fed stimulus but tend to agree.Originally posted by navyblue81Anyone who thinks this COVID story is going to go away is dreaming. I suspect that in the next couple of days it will rise in price, don't be fooled this is probably just a snap back for another leg down. Then again, the oversold condition may be turning around although they rarely happen right after a break down condition. Either way I wouldn't go long for atleast a week just to see some confirmation that the stock is ready for a long term long play.Originally posted by MadisonThis is a little clearer for a layman like me.
