I should look at my alerts more carefully. As it turns out, all my gold stock triggered right at or close to the bell this morning. Then I took a look at GLD which I didn't have an automatic trade going and decided to buy some of that as well.

I'll probably reset the stop loss amount later to retain profits.

I'm buying back my AT&T shares before I hit the stop loss target price today. This stock is trending higher the last week or so and the stochastic indicator is turning oversold and in the process of flipping.

Damn was torn between SE and PLUG. Flipped a coin and went PLUg. Just my luck. It’s down 7% since I bought and SE up 10%. Thank God for AYRO and FSLY saving my day.

No disrespect, but if you are truly "flipping a coin" why wouldn't buy both and hedge one with the other?

I don’t like investing into more than a couple short term plays. Just the way I am.
Long term ones like TTD and FSLY I’m on forever but with short terms it’s usually week by week and only 1 or 2 of them.
PLUg coming back to life. Still have a lot of faith in it. Was just stupid not buying more of a dip.

I offered up LIACF a few months ago. As I've stated many times I'm no rocket scientist but this just keeps climbing. Does anyone know anything I'm missing as I'm starting to feel this is to good to be true?? I'm 90% conservative and 10% speculative. A large part of my speculation has been Lithium related and so far I'm killing it.
Constructive comments appreciative. BOL to all.

It’s just not the way I play. I’m more of an all-in guy. Every trader is different. If I go through a stretch where things go bad I’ll change my strategy but it’s worked for a long time so I stick with it. I only play stocks I’m confident in and I have a lot of it in AYRO and PLUG right now although I’m getting close to taking my profits from AYRO. Getting a nice payout.

You’re like my brother. I always say do what works. Everyone’s different. But when what you’re doing doesn’t work, then it’s time to change strategy.
was waiting for a pullback and I think we are in that territory. Reverse merger GRAF and Velodyne Lidar to go public as VLDR sometime in the 3rd quarter.
I like a nice $25-30 price target once the merger goes through
bought in at 16.9

the full market is in a state of hidden fear now, regardless of the pricing.
This is why VIX is close to 30 and not 12 like it used to be. Look here for a very simple thing to remember.
Now look at the number of times the Dow has failed to close over its 200MA (RED LINE).
Notice the rising BLUE LINE. It's being squeezed together, in 1-2 weeks it's going to break one way or the other
either it will crash under the blue line or start closing over the red line. That indicator will cause heavy buying or selling
and is likely to shape the market all the way to November. one way or another.

Best way to get rich is invest a lot of money in a good long term play. By long term, I mean 20 years. I just invested $10k into TTD and have been seeing $300 growth per month. If that keeps up for 20 years, it's going to be a nice profit, and all indicators are that it will. I feel companies like Microsoft, Shopify, Apple, and maybe even new powers like DocuSign and FSLY could be similar long term money makers.
Short term, though, I've had some good success but nothing to make a living off of. I'll win a few grand here and there, but I'll have always have those couple that also let me down. It's a tough game. The goal with a short term stock is to find a good buy low entry and get a runner and then sell at the highest point. Then you can make some good money. But it's always hard to find that perfect stock.

I've been recommending DOCU on here for 4 months. My CB is like 70-90. Totally a stay at home play. What do I do now but sit tight / sell / tough to buy here but they have huge market share.

I guess in some ways we're similar, but I'm more 85/15 long versus speculative at my age. Appreciate your input. BOL.

For anyone looking for a binary play that will make or break you and is not on anyone’s radar: ITCI (Intra-cellular therapies). Had an FDA approval for a very important drug back in December last year, gained 200% the next day. Similar situation around the corner with possible additional indications being approved for that same drug (lumapeterone aka Caplyta) in the next month. There’s also potential for a buyout, like all mid-sized biotech companies... Do your DD, but I am hugely invested into this company.

Some good dips on sports gambling to take advantage of. PENN And DKnG both down 17% the last month. BETZ down 7% in a month. Get ready to make some $$$ with them as sports are just a couple weeks away.

You have to look for ones with a monopoly. Shopify is a pretty basic concept, would not be surprised if they got pushed out down the line with something more innovative. DocuSign, would never invest big big money in a company like that at these levels. Maybe if you got in from the start, then you just leave it. Companies like Micro Apple Google etc, there is way less competition there, and way more diversity in their portfolios. There is a 0% chance, literally, that any of them ever tail off.

The big boys like AAPL, GOOGL, AMZN, MSFT not going anywhere but up for years to come, unless a solar flare hits earth and we lose all electricity for years. Even then...
The question is whether we can start to put TSLA in that group. Last year that would be a solid “no” from me but I’m starting to think they might be running ish for a while.

The more I read on MSFT, the more I really like it. But TTD is a really good long term investment. Had a chance to choose from any company to invest $10k in and chose that. I’m really happy with it so far. And their growth chart is really promising. Plus I love how no one is talking about it. Love stocks that go under the radar.

Tesla is good but I think they're way overpriced. Those other companies make tons of money every year. Tesla doesn't make a profit. It's a hard price to justify, and I think it will remain a bit volatile going forward. Doing well on hype for now though. I also don't see Tesla as having a monopoloy on that industry in the future when all the auto manufacturers start going EV. Can you imagine when Mercedes whips out like 5 or 6 EVs as their main focus? They're going to look sick.

The time to get into TSLA was last week at $900. At $1400 now, it’s still going to go up but the value isn’t as good was a week ago. There’s other EVs out there that are gonna be good plays in the future that can make you more than Tesla. I just made a grand on AYRO this week alone and FUV gonna climb too.
