She probably would not make that mistake again... but I understand her. She did not want to be the person to end this guy's life. Trepidation... it's easy to sit behind a computer and say you would have done it. More than likely nobody here has ended anybody's life, it changes a person.

I do give her a bit of credit for that. Once you already pull the trigger a few times and the adrenaline is flowing, delivering that killing blow would be easier.

You are somewhat right JJ... but I know you don't know so much about guns, no problem there. It is not at all like the movies... those girls had small caliber 380 pistols going up against a large man likely hopped up on drugs.

So next time you hear the left screaming some nonsense about how the public has not reason to have large caliber guns or mags over 10 rounds, you can laugh because you know better.

Just imagine of there were 2 perps taking on a single person. That is why 9mm full service pistols with 18+ rounds is necessary for defense... this is also why cops carry pistols like this. California limits the public to 10 rounds... if you are found with a pistol with a mag that has capacity of 11 rounds you are arrested

There is another thing to keep in mind here... next time you hear somebody accused of using "excessive force" in defending themselves or anybody... this could be a cop or a citizen... All you have to do is ask yourself if that person had a reasonable chance of thinking their life was in danger? If that is the case, anybody has the right to end the attacker's life. In the heat of gunning somebody down, it is frequent that the entire gun will be emptied into the perp... it's easy to say afterwards that was not necessary - and the victim becomes a defendant. Don't let that happen.
