betfair or broker that has betfair access is the best option for that type of bets. You can bet almost millions on european top leagues. But hockey market does not have much liquidity.

if u visit each sportsbook websites they will list rules and limits on the website

ur talking about spending your powerball winnings before the drawing even happened, why worry so much about a problem few people have make a deposit try to win as much as u can if u get cut off go somewhere else
