Even though the numbers make Cleveland a favorite, they do have some competition and tough match-ups.

Can't imagine anyone else besides cavs being the favs. Whether it correct or not I dunno (I wouldn't take anyone else) but I'd be surprised if they would expose themselves all the ppl that believe in bron righting the ship. Just look at the lines while cavs continued losing!

I'll get some, but can't get much I'm limited there. It seems like one house adjusted the Cavs to +105 but left the Celtics at +260.

The another house kept the Cavs at -105, adjusting the Celtics to +275.

Taking the +105 and the +275 for equal risk and when the Raptors win the East, I'll be kicking myself...

...At one point, everyone should sync to a more narrow range.

Looks like they synced up and holding with Cleveland +105 and Boston +260.

Toronto a solid +600 at both houses.

The books trying to get money onto Cleveland a bit here. The move not only generates new bets on the +105, bringing new money into the market, but also re routes, to a certain extent, the already new money coming into the market daily simply because we are getting closer to the playoffs each day. Cleveland will also attract hedge or sell back money as well.

So the strategy, with Cleveland plus money, will also serve to lighten the incoming bets on Boston and Toronto. Perhaps that +600 is a payable prop for the books after all, making +260, roughly two pick parlay odds, a realistic non favorite payout.


Starting to think Boston and Toronto were the two props to get, leaving Cleveland to burn me. It's a bit of a waste, but I may have to pull the trigger on Toronto and leave myself exposed to a surprise team or just a loss with Cleveland.

When it comes to the NBA finals, with the talent coming out in the West, I doubt we see that surprise team from the East.

all those years lebron made finals, he always had KYRIE or DWAYNE WADE, and this year he doesnt have either of them, so it might be different this year, just saying.

Im not sure if Cleveland will even make the playoffs after the Griffin trade though.
