Personally, I think it's a crock to see these changes happen the way they do. The same social warriors that preach against bullying are the same ones that bully and bully until they get their way, and make us adhere to their own moral standard. I personally believe that the time to change the logo is when the free market dictates that it must be changed because of financial consequences. From what I've read, the Indians will still own the logo and sell merchandise with Chief Wahoo inside their gift stores in the stadium. It might be going away on the field, but I guarantee you it will sell like hotcakes in Cleveland.

Daniel Snyder does not know how to build a winning franchise, but I give him props for telling these same groups to go to hell when they try to pressure him to change the Redskin name. If the free market chooses to stop buying merchandise because they are offended, then it should prompt him to change the name. In 2016, it looks like the Redskins were in the top 5 of generating revenue in the NFL, so evidently the majority of Americans have a different moral standard than the whites who have sympathy pains for Native Americans.

In a perfect world, the snowflakes should be trying to convince the public as to why they believe these logos and names are heartless, not strong arming the franchises and forcing the fan base to accept THEIR values. This isn't going to stop here because liberals are never satisfied, EVER. They will go for the name, Indians, next and probably succeed because the owner has already shown he will cave in. Watch out Braves! Because baseball has a socially week commissioner, they will be coming after you next.
