#38I save about $1,500 per month after my mortgage, car payment, and other bills. I have both Chase Freedom and BkofAma ****. Both no annual fees, each cash back (1,2, sometimes 5%). Use those to pay all day to day bills and then pay off the balance every month.
I feel like I'm ripping these companies off by never paying interest. Get all the rewards and never pay interest.Comment -

Add up all your expenses, multiply by .05 and see what you would have received. It is significant.Comment -

#57The first step is coordinating all your normal living expenses and pay them using a CC that gives a percentage back to you.
Barclay Card 2% back all grocery chains and utilities... cell bill and cable etc.
BP Card by Synchrony Bnk 3% back all grocery chains and restaurants. You get the 3% back in gasoline at any BP Gas Station. Awesome value if you have one near you. (I actually did the math on my own.... they seem to give you 3.1% back. And never cheat you.)
Walmart Card Synchrony Bnk 3% back for every online walmart order delivered to your house. 3% is given by way of cash back on your statement. Awesome feature.
Capital One Silver Card 1.5% Cash back on everything. Sort of going out of style with other bnks giving you more.
Discover 5% back for October November and December on any Amazon or Target purchase.
You're throwing away nearly $600 a year in cash back by not using your CC's.Comment -

My wife bore 4 of my sons.
I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and help you understand.
Pussy is easy to come by, easy to get.
But someone who will help you build a true legacy?
Invaluable.
Seriously though, if you’d like to have your head broken, shoot me a pm and we’ll try to make it happen.Comment -

There are so many reasons. You will have a much more comfortable existence later in life. You ever see very elderly people working a job at a store for example? Do you want to be that person?
Also its a pitfall to think you will always have an income. I've seen guys making over 100k per year and spending it like its all fun and games, only to be laid-off or otherwise take a huge pay cut.Comment
