It will apparently take more bad football by LSU for bettors to realize that LSU is a legit bad sec team..They might win 7 games this year....And they dont have a qb who can win games for them....Gators cover in this one in a relatively close one.

Both teams are offensively inept. Gators had a much better chance before Del Rio went out. This looks to be a 1 possession 9-6 type of game.

Seems like these have been the same teams for years. Solid talent on defense but no qb play and bad offenses. Looks like a game somebody wins on a blocked punt or kickoff return.

I just wish we had more non conference games to take advantage of the fact that people still think the SEC is good.

The sec Is basically what the big 10 was for so many years. 2-3 good teams, 2 respectable teams, the rest shit. What made the sec good was the middle tier teams were so good. That’s gone now

Florida QB out for the year and their best receiver is out for this game. If LSU plays like they have recently it won't matter

Interesting game for sure between a couple of decent but flawed teams.

LSU is not good defending off tackle. Talent yes but LSU is not at all playing good football. Home team runs and defense does the rest.

23-17 seems high unless defense/special teams get 14 of those points. This will be interesting game for sure. LSU has nothing to play for now and that's always a scary team to play when you don't have any offense!!

LSU may not have anything to play for now, but Ed Orgeron sure does. He is staring at a losing season if he drops this game. That would mean that Eddie O would be the HC of the first LSU team NOT to go to a bowl game since 1999. When it comes to coaching under pressure, Orgeron is one of the worst.

I'm a long-time LSU fan and bet on and against my Tigers often. Regarding the drop in the line, Rashard Lawrence (LSU's best defensive player who has been out with an injury) will play in the swamp which is huge. Yes, Del Rio is out for the year for FL at QB....both factoring into the line. The LSU reputation is getting early recreation money and dropped the line. Don't buy it! LSU has major issues, including a mediocre roster regarding talent. We haven't had this bad of a roster since the '90s under Curly Hallman. We have some young studs but those 18 and 19 year olds aren't ready to carry the team (17 true FR started/played against BYU). There are locker room and player leadership issues and O is in over his head.

Regarding playing this game, pound the under (it's hovering between 45-46.5). If you can get FL at -3 or less, go big on the Gators. FL goes back to Franks at QB and LSU cannot run the ball due to it's awful OL. FL will run the ball and shorten the game. I expect a very ugly 17-10 or 24-13 type of a game.

Florida all day at -2. All day at -3 too. LSU is thin, distracted, and utterly discouraged. Very dangerous time to visit Florida. Gators want to badly beat anybody they can before inevitable smackdown vs. Georgia.
