Betdsi really ****** me good today. BEWARE
1st off I am not a writer so I don't use correct punctuation or grammar so get over it.

I have deposited via Bitcoin at dsi B4 but generally I use my debit card because I have never had an issue withdrawing via Bitcoin as they r of the few books that allowed me to do that. I generally don't keep Bitcoin in my wallet so it is easier for me to just enter my card info when I see something I want to bet.

Anyways, I requested a payout last night for 3000 via Bitcoin and this morning I receive an email saying they can pay me in Bitcoin but per management it will now be a 10% fee because I used plastic to deposit it however if I deposited Bitcoin, their wouldn't have been a fee..that's penetrating 300 bucks for a penetrating fee as if I haven't given them way over that amount in the previous years!

Now, I'm not mad because of the fee because like I said dsi is one of the few books that have allowed me a free Bitcoin payout when I don't deposit that way. I am mad because I feel like their shouldve been a post on the website saying "as of such a date, we will now be charging 10% fee to payout Bitcoin of u deposit any other method after this date"....I would have just deposited Bitcoin because their is no way I would pay 10% to get my money.

I will still play here because fast payouts and that is still hard to find elsewhere but I think I was screwed with how they waited for me to request a payout and then throw this nonsense at me. Good luck everyone

Thank you for sharing. We've had similar complaints in the past but this type of policy isn't unique to DSI. Sportsbooks don't want the larger fees if they can help it, and obviously neither do players. For that reason using bitcoin for both deposits and withdrawals makes a lot of sense, eventually that may be the only way.

Okay, you can delete this thread then if it has already been complained about. I just don’t like how it all of a sudden changed. I received a payout less than a month ago from them and the fee was 0 along with the other 20+ payouts via bitcoin I have revisited so just wish I would’ve been told “next time it will be a 10% fee” and like I said, their wouldn’t have been a next time because I would’ve used bitcoin...anyways, end of discussion. Thanks for responding and have a great night!

They usually don't mind how you withdraw if you deposit by bitcoin.

I just logged in my account and noticed they refunded the fee back to me but now I'm checking with them to be sure it was honestly refunded and not a mistake B4 I use that money to bet with and then have more issues. I didn't ask them for the refund by the way.

Last update. It was refunded intentionally and I have the chat transcript emailed and saved just in case anything comes up in the future trying to take it back out of my account. Never had any issues with dsi so doubt that will happen but always covering my ass. Thanks DSI

BetDSI has been a headache ever since they think they did an up grade a few months ago.. Try a down grade with problems and the customers are restless..

Thanks for updating the thread. We also spoke with BetDSI. You were erroneously tagged with the fee. BetDSI wants to discourage players who may treat their sportsbook like a bitcoin exchange, which wasn't the case with you.
