The U.S. National Records and Archives Administration has said his tweets are official records subject to the Act. The content of his tweet is irrelevant. It could be archived and then deleted, so perhaps that's what they're doing. I just think it's funny how he deletes and puts up a new one like nobody would notice. That's what happens when you tweet on the shitter.

And can they cite where in the act his tweet is used to conduct his constitutional, statutory, or other official duties? If this went to court, I highly doubt this specific tweet would put him in hot water.
From the article, the statement sounds more like the Archives saying to the administration KYA and keep records of everything until we clear it (like accountants saying keep all of your receipts and business records). Not saying they keep copies of tweets is bad, but I don't see where this specific tweet would violate the act like you're claiming since I don't see where that tweet fits the requirement.Comment
