The NFL will allow him to play in week 1 and start his suspension starting with Week 2, but it is now in a Federal Court in Texas seeking an injuction against the NFL's ruling. The Judge will decide by 5pm Friday on the injunction. There is a lot of shady stuff by the NFL after reading through transcripts. There is a good probability he plays the whole season.

The NFL screwed up the investigation, suppressed evidence and witnesses, even suppressed the findings of their own Lead Investigator. The little trick the NFL tried about announcing the ruling after 5pm, Fed Court ruling on TRO was set for 5pm, even after they stated it would be announced by 4pm EDT in an effort to try an get the Fed Court to toss the hearing and file in a different court, did not sit well with the judge either.

According to other lawyers in the court, the Judge is hammering the NFL and their lawyers about how the entire investigation and procedures were conducted. It's heating up.
