If you're from US, you should have a $100 donation to one of the listed Charities found in the application and if you're outside US (International user) you have to create an account via SBR link listed in the application form and make a minimum deposit. Anything over 3k gets set to 3k. Or at least that is how it used to be. So you lose 14k.
