except as code - its value is theoretical in nature - easily
manipulated to create wealth, to any price is achievable.
Only the authorities could stop it, but they don't want to.

that makes zero sense

im offering no opinion as to bitcoins fair or future price

but bitcoin's downfall will not be a migration to government controlled cryptos

if a bank or government controlls them then by definition they are no longer crypto currencies. its in the name, crypto means hidden

people use bitcoin to bypass government and banking restrictions, yes centralized electronic currencies may appear and even do well, but they will in no way be competitors to crypto currencies
