Why do we need to deposit via BTC to withdraw via BTC?

SBR and all the books came up with this "rule" out of the blue because we were able to get our money faster. People want to say books are NOT currency converters..they are the ones providing the "service" or if you want to call it that..

I've desposited using my bank card and sent withdrawal via Bitcoin many times. Idk about the immediate future as it appears the upcoming fork is going to cause a large disturbance in the crypto markets. Books are gonna chill on accepting Bitcoin until then uncertainty is cleared up I would imagine.
