    been taking 30-45 days for a check for a while, but don't fret, you'll receive it

    plus they didn't find a reason not to pay you even though it was from a $10 freeplay so don't be ungrateful

    They have some gall to send a shady looking cheque two months after request. At minimum you deserve something non-shady looking.
