All that stuff Alex Jones does is an act. Many years ago, I lived in the same part of Austin as Alex Jones and would see him at local businesses pretty often. I've spoken with him several times and he acted and spoke like a normal dude, we talked about sports, general stuff going on in town, local politics, etc. He really came across as a pretty nice guy and wouldn't have a clue about his on air persona.
