To be honest I don't find it unbelievable that a North American orientated sportsbook wouldn't know that, especially if they don't usually cover Austrian league games, and only the European ties. If it was somebody like William Hill it would be less believable.

Several years ago, when I was still a "bad" guy (scalping, middling, fiddling, tiddling, etc), I had my secretary record the odds of many different books including SIA, until she noticed that their prices were always identical to Willy Hilly's. They would just not move them. On top of that this is an Irish book, so really not much North American left over other than probably they have their server there.
