    Why hasn't Manu Ginobili retire?
This guy hasn't done much this year. I think the only good thing he did was block Harden trying to shoot a 3 pointer during the last 10 seconds of OT.

Ginobili should of just retired when Duncan retired. Ginobili started back around 1999. This guy is old.

He provided quality minutes off the bench. He made a transition basket that kept the crowd in the game. Sigh... He is a basketball player. A very good one.

Averaging 3 points a game before last night in these playoffs...

Had one good game last night, before that a brick machine.. He's a bench player and should retire after this year.. He's ancient...

Came through big for them last night. They'll need him again in game 7. He's the only other reliable ball handler with Parker out.

If the Spurs have to depend on Ginobli to carry them past the Rockets then they should just forfeit the series. He is playing like an old 39 year old.

Yes. Ginobili handles the ball when he comes out of the game. He's a good player.

He's more of shooting guard then a point guard.. Great shooting the 3's, leading a team down the floor like Parker or creating off the dribble and dishing he is not...

He's pulling a Kobe and Steve Nash in his final couple years.. Milking it for sure and why not?.

There is that little thing in question though - Are you hurting or helping the team more though?

A questionable Ginobli replacement may score more then 3 points a game and play better defense.. Ginobli's defense is suspect as he gets out quick'd off the dribble when defending... That creates holes in the defense for sure..

Spurs organization kept him on board and are paying him.. Not Ginobli's fault..

Yes I'm aware but he's a default point guard on this team especially now.

If someone was paying you millions of dollars to travel around on team jets and play a few minutes a night off the bench and then get to bang dime pieces by the dozen every night would you retire? Yeah, thats what i thought.

He is brutal to watch at times. He is left handed and has the Euro moves so he has a niche.

SAN ANTONIO — Manu Ginobili is returning for his 16th season with the San Antonio Spurs.

The Spurs re-signed the 40-year-old Argentine guard Thursday. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Ginobili will become the eighth player in NBA history to spend his entire career with one team and play at least 16 seasons, joining Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitzki, John Stockton, Reggie Miller and John Havlicek.
