Degenerates who bet on everything and watch games and refresh score screens have prematurely balding grey hair...they also look older than their age....the lines in the face will naturally take its course to the form of sad/down/depressive looking looks.

Stress, especially emotional, ages you faster than anything.

When you watch games you bet, you age fast...doesn't matter if you win or lose the bet because you suffer for 3 hours or so and finally the payoff is in the final few minutes that can make or kill the bet. Those who watch like this are more likely to lose more because there betting pattern gets affected because of their emotional ups and downs.

Probably right. The bottom front of one of my teeth just chipped. Shit hurts like a bitch. Doesn't help that I don't brush my teeth. Gum disease like a bitch, but teeth still look good for now. Bastard tooth is one of the lower fang ones. Gonna get pulled eventually, and then everyone will know how beat up I am. Death probably closer anyway.

I say look at the shoes, or just how the guy is dressed. Losers get clothes from the Salvation Army stores and thrift shops. You see a guy with nice pair of shoes, dressed like he has a clue or might get laid, recent haircut, that's a guy who has enough money to take care of himself.
