Shaw has actually done a better job at Stanford but I do agree that Harbaugh is an awesome coach. I wish my Gators had him. He did a bang up job tonight in face of a lot of adversity. Key players out including Jabril who had too much massengill and quit on his team. FSU should have won this game by double digits but Harbaugh made great adjustments in the 2nd half that almost paid off. Jimbo is the horrible in game coach. he got lucky as hell to get a victory with his horrible play calling in the 2nd half and getting his QB beat to hell all year long.

just to piggyback a little bit...let's not forget that Harbaugh's team is very young...He lost a lot of seniors last year to both graduation and the NFL...The Wolverines had the least amount of returning players on anyone in Division I-A...Michigan was absolute dogshit before he got there and now he's made them relevant again.

Let's let the season play out before we jump to any conclusions. Michigan lost on the road last night to a really good Notre Dame team who has a very strong defense. Michigan's defense still looks scary good and I think Patterson will have success against other defenses. I still see potential for Michigan to win 8-10 games this year, and given Ohio State's defensive holes, they could have success on them. So let's just relax for a bit. It's not like they lost to Cincinnati.
