very grey area... 1. The cops have already seen the video and deemed it not rape 2. The chick is a cheerleader for the team and still cheers for the team, are you gonna get raped on a Friday night then go cheer for these guys on a Saturday? (this happened in Sept. btw)

Three guys were already suspended once - no charges filed by law enforcement - Settled the restraining order November 2. The biggest thing the players are mad about is the President of the U would not tell the team specifically why the ten were suspended. No due process - no chance to defend themselves on some new twist that the president deemed a hanging offence.Comment -

no opinion on actual incident but a few thoughts:
everyone deserves "due process" and fair treatment. not just the victim of the alleged criminal or high immoral act - not every wrong act is criminal. some have to do with abuse of "a position of authority" and such.
hate to sound like trump but universities have become cesspools of PC behaviour run-amok.
sounds like this young woman changing her explanation after the fact is quite possible. or the explanation not being congruent with what happened.
not sure if this the case everywhere but my local giant public university (UBC in Vancouver, Canada) is just a complete mess over these types of issues and so many special interest groups.Comment -
