You don't think there were Republicans that didn't vote because they thought their vote was meaningless in Highly Democratic states like California?

If the election was re-ran according to popular voting rules, you would have seen many more Republicans also coming out to vote. I know quite a few people here in Pa that didn't vote because they didn't think Trump had a chance to win Pa.
