new smyrna beach is where I always stay, in one floor of a Volusia County Circuit Judge's three-story beach house.....

the no see ums suck ass in the evenings (what a little spray is for), but other than that, the shit is very bad ass...... for my wife to get pissed off about all the twenty-somethings running around in tiny scrunch backs and outright micro thongs, you know it has to be good....

Daytona's improved the downtown area a decent bit, and some pretty good bars to hit, with great beer selections and some bad ass burgers.... Daytona Taproom served the best f'n hamburger I've every had.... and that's sayin a f'n lot, as I've eaten tens of thousands of em over the years from everywhere imaginable.....
