I'm outside of London UK on business today. I'll watch the game at a local pub tonight with a few yanks. I thought I'd let you guys in on another big winner.

#10Tribe got spanked yesterday, could they lose 2 in a row now or is order gonna be restored series over? Hmmmm?
I'm thinking of doubling up with the Tribe after yesterdays loss...
In the other series - Dodgers did deliver though so all is good in Blue Crew land. Big win for my Dodgers yesterday and taking control of the series...Comment -

#15But Merritt put in a tough spot.........on the road, vs a Home Run powered lineup, who feasts on lefties. I'm sure Gibbons will replace Saunders in the lineup with Upton. Carrera likely the only lefty Merritt will get to face.Comment -

#18Merritt has razor sharp numbers in a very small sample size. My guess is if he is not looking sharp very early there will be a quick hook before they get behind a few runs. Really need to cap the BP almost as important as the SP today...Comment -

#19You should be used to that in here. 70% of the clowns in here are air bettors. This clown joined a year ago and has 29 posts. He probably shot his mouth off, lost, and hid for a year hoping that people would forget. He is a phony.Comment -

#22I'm not tailing the OP or anybody else... I make my own wagers. Baseball is a coin flip for the most part in the post season. Anytime you have +170 served up, you have have to take a serious look. To eat the chalk... well you better have a very good reasonComment -

Here are his minor league numbers:
684 innings
708 hits
50 home runs
108 walks
471 striekouts
Only striking out 6.8 per 9 innings, which is pretty awful, but his strike out to walk ratio is 4.36, which is pretty awesome. Tells you the guys has great control. And to top it off, only giving up a Home Run every 14 innings over his minor league career....very solid.
As a Jays fan, I'm more worried about the power arm, and devastating breaking stuff, as the Jays are undisciplined, and have trouble putting the ball in play. I'll take my chances against a guy who is pitching to contact against such a righty riden lineup with pop up and down.Comment -
