#2some players break out sooner, some break out later
some are already at their peak in college so they dont succeed in nfl, some continue developing and are good in nfl or even better than they were in collegeComment -

#4the guy has a 1000yds receiving each of the 3yrs he was at central, with almost 1200yds his last year with like 15 td's total. has 350yds rushing his last year and over 1500 total yards, ran back punts and kickoffs and he ends up going in the 6th rd to the steelers? dude was fun to watch in college. he looked like a man amongst boys in the MAC conf.Comment -

#6You find good football players where you find em. Some slip through the cracks. A guy like Brown probably was just a fast kid but that was it. Maybe he didn't play at a good high school or something.Comment -

Several reasons that big schools did not recruit him:
- Academic concerns.
- Altercation with security.
- Played as quarterback in prep school, and other positions in high school.
- Antonio Brown then began reaching out to Coach Butch Jones of West Virginia , since he was highly recruited by him. After learning that Jones had left West Virginia, Brown began attending Central Michigan, where he was a walk-on freshman.Comment -

#16This happens all the time. Why are you surprised? Did you just start watching football?
Ever heard of Jerry Rice or Walter Peyton? They didn't even play at a Division 1 school like Brown and they are hall of famers.
Some players mature later. Some slip through the cracks. Some are overrated and some are underrated.Comment -

My ex was a teaching assistant at Oklahoma and shed show me some of the papers that football and basketball players would write. One was writing about his "icy" shoe collection. Absolutely nothing to do with the material that was supposed to be in the paper.Comment -

#25I'm telling ya, the SEC is full of guys that don't have a chance at life beyond football. If they don't make it to NFL they are fukked and end up back in the hood selling ebt cards and dope to make ends meet.Comment -
