    Early this morning, on the last day of the current session, The New York Assembly passed legislation legalizing daily fantasy sports throughout the state

                                  Why not do both? Actually easier to win money in fantasy and there are plenty of high stakes games available. I intend to do a couple of 250s and one 500 buy-in this year.

                                                PA is passing a similar law. They are also allowing video slot type gaming in clubs and restaurants.
