5 Dimes Cancelled MY Bet-Is This Normal?

Recently, made a bet for $500 of 5Dimes in which I LOST. Later I log into my account and found out that the bet was cancelled. I am happy of course but just curious on why they would cancel it. Any ideas?????

I looked at the wager log and it just says "cancelled". No reason was given nor did anyone from the website tell me why.

It was a under 209 line on NBA game 5 bet. BTW the only type of bet I have made in the last 4-5 months. Under on NBA games.

Was it a LIVE bet? Sometimes they will cancel it if there is a delay in their system or you placed the bet right after a big play in the game before they were able to change the lines.

I was about to say the same thing. Anytime it's a push, it's recorded as cancelled. Common mistake for a newbie.

But to answer the question further. Bet can get cancelled if the game is cancelled or isn't played a certain amount of time. If 5Dimes puts up a game in error like a way off line or lets say they didn't know the line was still active way after the game started they may cancel a bet as well. Any type of shenanigans would get a bet cancelled as well.

actually it doesn't make sense...simply because pushes are different, than canceled bets

they were just too lazy to add an extra label to their grading table
