Long story a little less long here.. i have deposited probably $1800 into my heritage account. I have never taken a penny withdrawal. I have never taken a bonus. Recently I deposit $400 and did awesome. Built it to around $1500. So i request a $298 ** which includes an outrageous $45 fee but i agree to it so i can get my money. Didnt want to wait 3 days for a free one on tuesday. So the guy tells me I Will get it wihjin 24 hours. then 30 minutes later they call me and tell me i have to upload a
buttload of personal documents. They didnt ask for those when i was depositing and dropping the $1800. But its all good i expected it. So within the hour i upload it all, call them back and get 2 seperate people tell me im good. I asked them if i needed to put through another withdrawal or if the orignal still stood they said im good. I again asked them how long and they said within 24 hours. Fine. So surprise surprise 24 hours pass and nothing. I call them back and they say no no it will be the end of the next business day GUARANTEED. i didnt ask for a guarantee but he said it a couple times. Their website says it too. Surprise surprise the GUARANTEE window passes and nothing. Another day of runaround and excuses, i call back and the guy says payouts are closed but there is no payout for my account. Thats all he can tell me and i have to call payouts this morning to ask the excuse err i mean reason. They dont do payouts on weekends so right now im looking at Tuesday and thats best case scenario. Now this payout hasnt been a long long time and im 80% sure that i will get it, but its gonna be at least a week when i was told "within 24 hours" . And i paid an outrageous fee to heritage not to **. ** doesnt charge more than $10 for that, and I was told GUARANTEE which apparently means shit. So to me its BS. Its our money and we shouldnt have to jump through hell to get OUR MONEY. And it just pisses me off because everything is fine when your dropping $1800 but you ask for $298 and it never goes smooth. Some garbage EVERY DAMN TIME. Looks to me like another book waiting for someone to deposit so they have funds to cover. And i dont care that they Re an A book.
