it was the good old days jj.. back in the mid 90's, when i was a bookie.. but those days are now behind me.. life was good back then.. i never walked around with under 2k in my wallet at all times. now i'd be lucky if i got 34 bucks on me, some change, and a **** card..

ive had 2,000 when i used to work at a gas station as a teen . $15,000 of my brothers money once[it was in a brown paper bag , not pocket but i think it still counts] . and $2,500 of my own money .

internet killed the business. was no longer worth it.. plus, not worth the aggravation of having to look over your shoulders everytime for cops.. and internet betting was profitable back then very much with all the new books and opinionated lines by them and bonuses back then were good too.. was no longer worth it to be a bookie anymore..

i wish i was a bookie today because offshore gambling today is nowhere near as profitable as it was 5 to 12 yrs ago..

About $7,000 in C-notes. Strangely it's not a heady feeling, the coil failed on my car and I had to walk home with it in my pockets. My head was on a constant swivel during that entire walk, and I was most relieved to get home and put it in the safe.

Sold fake Oakleys online. I was the #2 seller in the world. I had it setup to where I payed someone in Minnesota to ship the glasses and keep my inventory. All said and done I would profit $16 a pair after paying dude and cost per pair and not do any work. Average day sold between 15-18 pairs. Sold it when Oakley threatened to sue me for pateint infringement, sold the site and supplier details to some guy in Germany. Within 2 months he got shut down by Oakley.

Back in 2004 when wandering around europe, I got so wrecked in Greece one night the next day I was such a ****ing mess that I couldn't remember my ATM code, so like a retard I guessed 3 times incorrectly and see ya later bank card. So my parents got my friends mom to deposit $$ into his account and I would get cash from him. Then when we decided to part ways (cue life moment music) so we hammered his account for a few days to get all my money out, about 2k euros. So them I'm in Lisbon for the first night and I go out with some guys from my hostel and this one guys is like "I need to go to an ATM cause I got jacked at knifepoint today", I kept my mouth ****ing shut but I kept the antenna up and was pretty much ready at all times to run away from anything remotely concerning.
