I was tripping once and found myself in a moshpit wearing a hot pink tiger striped bandana and 3D John Wayne cardboard shades. A huge brawl broke out in the pit and I thought it would be funny to swan dive on top of it. So I did and the pile fell through and I fell to the bottom of this brawl. I was literally at the bottom of this massive brawl watching these guys go at it while I'm being stepped on and punched and it was the coolest thing ever.

The crazy part is, once my friend helped me out of there, I had blood all over my shorts. It wasn't my blood so that was good. But later in the evening, we both noticed that the blood was no longer on my shorts. It was gone. Wtf?

Important to be around people that have done it before and create a positive atmosphere, not good with a bunch of newbies or negative people.

I don't really know how to describe the differences between the two without experiencing them. Shrooms are more of a body buzz and not nearly as hallucinogenic. With acid, you feel a sort of continuity. There's a sense that you're simply a part of your environment, that your energy is a part of something bigger. You also comprehend how much control you have over your perception. How your mind can control so much of what and how you see things. The rooms will glow and pulsate in different colors. A normally white wall may radiate pink then change subtly to blue and continue to change different colors, all in rythmic beats. Somewhat similar to the northern lights... You may see stars through a cloudy sky. A bolt of green lightning in the distance on a clear night. You might see your can of beer melt in your hands. When you walk, it may feel like you are gliding along, where with each step you reinsert yourself into the continuity of Earth's energy. All the while, you experience this feeling of your interconnectedness to the world around you. Granted, while you are peaking, these things might just flip you out because it can come on quickly which can lead your mind to perceive scary illusions. With shrooms, it's more of a tunnelling of light and pattern movements, along with a deep body buzz, it's nothing nearly as deep. But with an acid trip, it can become about discovery and vision or it can simply be a crazy party where you down a handle of vodka and laugh while you puke it up as you don't feel its effects. It's a crazy drug. Something that really can't be described and one in which each experience is unique.
