Please help me, please, here is the story I met today in heritage.
First, I place a bet for the NCAA basketball, this is the bet information

I bet 100 for this game.
Second, I won the game, they paid me the money, as the up pictures shown.
Third, they took $2800 away from my account and shown debit Adjustment. I donot understand what's the hell of the meaning of debit adjustment. so I called their supervisor, he told me they have an error for this bet. I cannot believed that they can do this way. Here it is the odds changed by time. I posted here and you also can check this on SBR.

I placed my order at 9:13 am EST. From this history, I donot know where is the error. Every odds is very reasonable.This is the Heritage's style, when you won a lot, they will go out and adjust it without tell you anything, then said this is their rule. what's the fuxxxcking rule it is, are they trustable? What's worse, they havenot informed me before the game start. they told me they only know this 2 hours after the game finished. This is their service, this is their A+ grade's service. If you won money from them, they will not allow you to take it.
I am really sad about heritage's fuxxxcking way to operate their company, and I am sure I am not the only one who meet this problem from heritage. Please, is there anyone can tell me how to deal with that and get my money back. and Please donot trust heritage anymore, please.

Read the terms... shit happens. I got paid on a bad line once and they took it away, I didn't realize it was a bad line when I bet it but when I looked around at similar bets realized they had an extra # on there. Oh well.
