I think Carolina gave them a head start so people can watch the 2nd half. Looks like Panthers win this.

Show up later when denver holds the trophy. Only a rookie couldn't see the writing on on wall.

So wait denver is better at 67% of the game but that is not enough to win?

Hopefully. Carolina can hold all day, but not Denver. Same across the board when it comes to penalties. Denver pass rush eating them alive. Pretty obvious they want their meal ticket for the future to win. Peyton brings them nothing after this game.

He got up with the ball in his hands. It never hit the ground. Even you can do that math.

Okay so they looked at the replay and decided to screw t panthers. He NEVER had control of the ball. It doesn't matter if it did not hit the ground. He wasn't in control. Read the rules guy.

What? If he ends up with the ball and it never hit the ground, how can it not be catch -- I suppose, unless there was an early whistle blowing it dead. Short of an early whistle, how can it possibly be incomplete if it doesn't touch the ground?
Not unusual for ball to be bobbled all over the and then secured as guy is rolling or gets up. If it doesn't hit the ground, it's a catch (unless it was whistled dead).

uhhh the tip of the ball hit the ground and that caused the ball to MOVE in his arm.... which means he didn't have control, pretty str8 forward NFL rule for refs
if it didn't move at all when the tip hit the ground then they may have had evidence to overturn it into a catch

Looked to me that his hand only hit the ground while under the ball.
